About this role
Orbitali is an early-stage AI voice agent platform for developers and software companies. We help teams build, deploy, and manage low-latency phone agents without stitching together multiple telephony, voice, and AI providers.
I’m looking for a sales-oriented co-founder to lead the commercial side of the company. The product is already technically functional, but we need a strong go-to-market partner to help validate the market, speak with customers, generate leads, run demos, close the first paying clients, and shape our positioning.
This is not a salaried role at this stage. Compensation is meaningful founder-level equity, with salary introduced once we have revenue, funding, or enough traction to support it.
Ideal profile:
- Strong in sales, business development, partnerships, or B2B marketing
- Comfortable doing outbound and talking to customers
- Able to operate with uncertainty and limited resources
- Interested in AI, voice agents, SaaS, developer tools, or automation
- Based in Spain or Europe preferred
- Wants to build a company, not just join a job
Responsibilities:
- Define and test the initial go-to-market strategy
- Identify and contact potential customers
- Run discovery calls and demos
- Build relationships with software companies, agencies, and early adopters
- Help refine pricing, messaging, and positioning
- Work closely with the technical founder on product direction
This is a good fit for someone entrepreneurial who wants real ownership from the beginning and is willing to help turn a strong technical product into a commercial company.
